Pink Champagne Truffles

A marriage of creamy white ganache with Champagne Rosé Impérial. To finish it off, each truffle is drenched in rich, white chocoalte. Our cocoa butter is an exquisite raw cocoa form the Grand Cru region in South America. A special delicacy for all white chocolate lovers.

Ingredients: White chocolate (36% cocoa content) (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, skim milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin, aroma: vanillin), cream (thickening agents, carrageenan E407), butter, sugar, Cognac Fine Champagne (55% Vol.) (Cognac, fructose, colorants E140d), Champagne (Moët&Chandon Rosé Imperial, 12 Vol. %), water, sorbit E420, glucose syrup, sorbic acid (E200), food coloring (E129).
