Kirsch Amaretti Cookies

Vollenweider Chocolatier Amaretti (small size). According to a traditional recipe, the Amarettitalia are made from almonds, egg whites and sugar “con Amore”, then specially filled à la Vollenweider with cherry Brandy cream, and layered with rich, dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Cocoa, sugar (Swiss), cocoa butter, vanilla, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), egg whites (Swiss), butter (Swiss), almonds, bitter almonds, water, Kirsch alcohol (40% volume).
