Our ice cream and sorbets are freshly made with the best possible regional ingredients: Our chocolatiers first coat the inside of our cone with rich, dark, velvety Vollenweider chocolate (65% cocoa content), and then our Glacières fill the cone with creamy, freshly made coconut ice cream.
