NEW: Nocciole Piemonte IGP. As the name Nocciole Piemonte IGP suggests, these freshly harvested IGP Piemont hazelnuts, which we use for this praline, come from the Piemont region in Italy. IGP certified hazelnuts, are harvested in August, and after a special peeling and drying process, they are slow roasted before being sent to our manufactory in Switzerland. Thereafter, our chocolatiers hand blend this delicacy with our 40% organic milk chocolate blend, for a delightfully light, crispy gianduja praline.
