In this workshop, participants will learn more about cocoa and its various products, acquire the theoretical knowledge to temper chocolate and prepare perfect chocolates using various working methods with current decorations and favourite flavours. ONLY IN ENGLISH!

In diesem Workshop lernen die Teilnehmer den Kakao und seine verschiedenen Produkte kennen, erlernen das theoretische Wissen, um Schokolade zu temperieren und in verschiedenen Arbeitsweisen mit aktuellen Dekorationen und Lieblingsgeschmacksrichtungen perfekte Pralinen zuzubereiten. NUR AUF ENGLISCH!

Kursablauf:

- Duration: 3 hours

- Start with our hot homemade chocolate and a warm welcome in our Chocol’Atelier 

- presentation VOLLENWEIDER CHOCOLATIER CONFISEUR

- Hand out of our VOLLENWEIDER apron, which can be taken home after the workshop 

- You make your own pralines and truffles under expert guidance

- Discount of 10% in our manufactory shop (valid only the day of the workshop) 

- 1 PET Wasser/pP during workshop

- Tea & coffee à discretion during workshop
