Vollenweiders handpicked this whisky on a trip to Scotland in the Speyside Valley near Aberdeen. They wanted a whisky with a balanced profile to pair with, and equally enhance a dark chocolate truffle.

This regal Single Malt is distilled near Aberdeen, and is aged a minimum of 15 years in Oloroso sherry casks. A rich, golden amber with tendencies towards mahogany, this Single Malt offers an unbelievable spectrum of notes ranging from orange to chocolate.
