NEW: Full House - 4 flavors in one Boîte: with the Nocciole Piemonte we have completed the exclusive quartet of Blue Mountain, Port and Whisky Truffles.

The Full House Box is perfect to discover the four exclusive Vollenweider Chocolatier Confiseur chocolate bonbons.

Our Blue Mountain Coffee Truffle is a marriage of exclusive Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee with rich, dark chocolate.

Blue Mountain coffee is grown in the volcanic hills of the Blue Mountains (between 900-1700 meters above Sea Level). The fog, cool temperatures and plentiful rains in this region, produce the ideal climate for Blue Mountain coffee beans, which grow at a comparatively slower rate in shades of blue and green. An exclusive coffee with an exclusive dark, chocolate blend: a rich, smooth, intense flavor experience.

Late Bottled Vintage Portwine paired with exquisite chocolate!

The LBV Portwine used to make our truffles is made with single vintage grapes from the Cima Corgo region in the Douro Valley (Portugal). The Portwine is aged in wooden barrels in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, and is bottled in the traditional manner by Niepoort after four years.

Nocciole Piemonte IGP. As the name suggests, IGP hazelnuts come from special areas in Piedmont. The nuts from shrubs that are at least 5-6 years old are harvested in August and after a special peeling and drying process are roasted and exported. In our manufactory we produce a light gianduja from these wonderfully aromatic hazelnuts, which is coated with our Vollenweider Biocouverture 40%.
